Exhibits A–F
Six independent categories of fabrication evidence, each visible in the public record without any access to private data. Any one alone raises suspicion; together they are conclusive. Click an exhibit to expand it.
The single most conclusive artifact class. Identical or near-identical review text posted by different accounts, days or weeks apart. Automated text comparison across the corpus found 80 cross-account pairs at ≥85% similarity — including whole batches recycled under new names, and one "mad-libs" template reused with only the route swapped.
Additional recycled March 19 → March 25 families: "Moving day started with a thunderstorm…" (3 accounts), "I wasn't gonna write a review, but after they handled my vintage motorcycle parts…" (3 accounts), "If you're moving long-distance, these guys are worth it…" (Florida-to-Georgia becomes Florida-to-Texas), plus aquarium, antique-mirror, and book-box variants.
A production defect: first-person reviews open by naming a customer who is not the account holder. Content was generated against one list of fictional personas, then posted from a separate pool of accounts — and nobody reconciled the two. Active through the day this audit was captured.

Note the internal name pools: trending baby names (Harper, Scarlett, Luna, Aria, Mia…) in June batches; maximum-frequency name pairs (John Garcia, James Jones, David Brown, Robert Miller…) in July. In one hour-long batch, account "Taylor Hill" reviewed for "Mark Thomas" while account "Nicki L Minaj" reviewed for "Thomas Taylor" — the pool recycling its own parts.
Where timestamps were visible, fabricated reviews arrive in volleys of 5–11 within one to three minutes — repeatedly, including after-midnight and 2 AM batches. Organic customers do not review in sixty-second waves.

Where only dates were visible, the same signature appears at day resolution: a 45-review single-day dump (Nov 30), then posts arriving exclusively in same-day multiples every 2–7 days (Dec–Jan), then peak days of 25–28 reviews (Apr 24, May 24, Jun 5).
Account names across the campaign are drawn from fake-data tooling, not people. Dozens of surnames match the corpus used by the open-source Faker library; first names show generator corruption; several accounts posted twice for the same mover within days.

Celebrity & fiction-derived
Exact five-word phrase counts across the 541-review March–July corpus. Independent customers do not converge on identical five-word strings at these rates — templates do. Note what the phrases assert: they are point-by-point rebuttals of the pricing complaints in the genuine reviews.
The campaign is not passive rating inflation — it responds to complaints. Three demonstrations from the record:

The victim record
Set against the manufactured cohort, the genuine reviews are unmistakable: specific dollar amounts, named personnel and partner carriers, comment threads, mutual corroboration. Together they describe one repeating scheme — lowball quote, non-refundable deposit, moving-day re-quote at 2–4×, goods or deposit held.
Quote doubled after a $1,300 deposit; recorded call refused; mattress returned folded in half
Itemized her home on a recorded "quality assurance" call; price doubled after deposit; company refused to review its own recording. A sub-year-old Tempur-Pedic worth over $1,000 was delivered bent double. Writer is a 100% disabled combat veteran.
Five complainants in 72 hours allege unauthorized account withdrawals

Jan 19 — the same day — shows ~20 short positive filler reviews.
$3,500 quote became ~$8,000 — then a $400 offer to delete the review
Paid deposits of $1,468.84 and $471 for a 1,600 sq ft townhome; told on moving day the job needed a "full truck." Later offered $400 to remove his truthful review — direct documentary evidence of review manipulation. 80 comments; corroborated by another customer quoted ~$6,000 under the same scheme.
Price raised $1,000 after loading; goods held 19+ days
"…one person telling me to shut up after I asked for a supervisor… now they are telling me they have 31 days so I need to stop calling."
$6,600 quote re-quoted on site at $21,000; $2,600 deposit withheld
Refused the on-site re-quote; company kept the deposit because he "refused them on site."
$9,000 quote became $24,000; $5,000 deposit kept — and the burial is witnessed live
Knapp's friend cancelled at the tripled price and lost her deposit. The next day, Collier: "my sister posted a negative review and suddenly 30 positive reviews are posted at the same exact time." The data confirms 25 fabricated posts that day.
Movers stopped at 33 items, demanded double to finish
Inventory given three times with dimensions; crew claimed the quote limit mid-load. She had to negotiate directly with the carrier — the broker had disappeared from the transaction.
The June cohort: 2–4× re-quotes, F-rated carriers, per-cubic-foot fine print, $5,916.11 loss
Fennell's move was brokered to a carrier with an "F" BBB rating; Brown documents undisclosed per-cubic-foot labor and stair fees ($15K for a one-bedroom); Lespoir reports a withheld deposit and filed suit; Ryan's recurring comment cites a $5,916.11 bait-and-switch. Named sales reps: Ryan, Jake, Daniel. Named carriers: American Hills Moving & Storage, Zenith Moving Group.

Posted 9:53 AM. Persona-mismatch burial reviews followed at 1:23 PM the same day. Disclosed here for transparency: this complaint was filed by the person who commissioned this audit; every finding above is independent of it and verifiable from the public record.

Methodology & limitations
- Classification standard: a review was flagged fabricated only when two or more independent marker categories applied (temporal clustering, duplicate text, persona mismatch, generator identity, template phrasing, service-model inconsistency). Counts are floors, not ceilings.
- Duplicate detection: normalized text comparison across all pairs; near-duplicate threshold 85% (SequenceMatcher ratio). All reported pairs verified visually against source images.
- Limitations: account metadata (creation dates, friend counts) was not available and would be expected to further corroborate these findings. OCR introduces minor character noise in quoted text; all quoted material was verified against the underlying screenshots. "Value Added Moving" operates as a moving broker; complaints reference third-party carriers it engaged.
- Independence: the audit initiator is himself a complainant (July 5). All exhibits are reproducible from the public record by any third party and none depend on his account.
